⬛ MANHATTAN
▀ Midtown / Lower Manhattan: Mexican Guilty For Necrophelia On Subway Train
Sean O'Dubhghaill, Special to The Blotter

HE VIOLATED A corpse on the subway.
A Mexican national pleaded guilty to rape charges on June 17 after appearing in Manhattan Criminal Court.
Felix Rojas, 44, was sentenced to five years in prison for the unspeakable actions he committed to a dead man aboard a train.
The perp, who entered the country illegally, was being held at Rikers Island Prison since surrendering to police — two weeks after they began circulating images of him following the April 9, 2025 heinous sex assault.
Prosecutors argued Rojas took advantage of Jorge Gonzalez, 37, a fellow immigrant and construction worker, after he died of natural causes aboard a Manhattan-bound R train as it rumbled through Queens and into Manhattan, shortly before midnight.
Once Gonzalez fell into unconsciousness and presumably passed away aboard the train, Rojas stepped onto the train car and found the man was motionless.
Rojas then sexually assaulted the seated corpse by pulling down the man's trousers and violating him over the period of about a half-hour; stopping periodically as the empty train passed through various stations.
Gonzalez’s body was found by the train motorman who alerted authorities as the train reached its last stop, Whitehall Street Station in Lower Manhattan.
Investigators were able to pore over the train’s surveillance video that captured the victim breathing his last. They footage also featured the posthumous atrocities.

⬛ THE BRONX
▀ Woodlawn Heights: Ambulance Joyriders Took Off Then Nabbed in Smashup
A THRILL-SEEKER TOOK off in an ambulance and then caused a pileup.
The thief saw the private ambo parked on the street and like a salivating dog seeing a ham bone — he hopped inside to get his chops on it.
The suspect was wheel-less on the morning of May 28 at the corner of East 213th Street and Jerome Avenue.
He allegedly drove off in the emergency vehicle and hopefully had a hoot for 10 blocks.
That’s the total distance he traveled before side-swiping another car and then tailspinning into a wreck.
The suspect was plucked from the hot ambulance and he was given a psych evaluation.
Two people he crashed in, a 41-year-old man driving the car and his 38-year-old passenger were both treated for minor injuries at North Central Bronx Hospital.

⬛ BROOKLYN
▀ East Flatbush: Man Knifed In Back By Random Lunatic
WHATEVER CAME BETWEEN two men ended with one daggering the other in the back.
The backstabber, 30, was pinched for targeting a 26-year-old innocent outside a busy intersection at Church Avenue and East 35th Street on the evening of April 27.
The victim’s downfall led to cops and medics called to the scene.
He was rushed to Kings County Hospital and survived.
Investigators netted the suspect and he was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
The motive behind the near deadly attack wasn’t clear.
But it was the second bust in the same month. He was charged on April 7 for menacing with a weapon, harassment, and weapons possession.

⬛ QUEENS
▀ Rockaway Beach: ‘You’re [sic] Dead’: Stroller Tug-A-Warring Baby Daddy Caught Punching Baby Mama, Posting Her Nudes On Instagram, And
A DASTARD SLUGGED a mom after sending a newborn baby boy to the ground and then launched a revenge porn plot.
The 19-year-old ghoul appeared in the corridor of the woman’s apartment complex on the morning of April 7, and allegedly upper-cutted her in the face, causing her mouth to suffer extreme pain.
Over a week later the same chump reached out to the woman to allegedly threaten to expose photos of intimate pics of the woman.
And on April 16, he made good on the threats and splashed snaps of the woman’s genitals and her face to his Instagram account.
Then, on May 7, the same young maniac allegedly texted the woman. But he was trying to be especially enigmatic by using an anonymous number.
His ruse was futile because the perp referred to the ex in familiar terms that gave him away.
And in that less-than-eloquent screed, he wrote, “You’re dead onna bros,” and added, “Change jobs.
“I catch you — it’s that!”
He soon returned to the woman’s flat.
That was on the afternoon of June 27.
This time, cops say the suspect showed up at the woman’s apartment.
They quarrelled and when she tried to exit the building, the teen “jerked” the mother’s stroller from her clutches and forced the three-month-old baby boy to the ground — causing him to tumble out of it and “land on his head,” according to the criminal complaint.
The sucker’s cruel act caused the baby to suffer soreness to his forehead.
It would prove his undoing.
He was taken down for the whole shebang: publication of an intimate image, assault, aggravated harassment, and endangering the welfare of a child.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ Dongan Hills: Tipster Spawns Cop Gun Raid On Auto Dealer’s Service Center

WORK HALTED AFTER cops filed into a car dealer’s garage.
A do-gooder eager to out a 32-year-old suspect storing a cache of guns hidden inside a dealership — alerted cops.
So on the morning of June 16, the boys in blue showed up to the Island Toyota Service Center on Quintard Street.
The officers filled evidence bags with six irons including: two Sig-Sauer 9-mm semi-auto pistols, a Desert Eagle .45-caliber pistol, a Smith & Wesson .357-Magnum pistol, along with five high-capacity magazines, 13 additional magazines and a large cache of ammo.

The suspect was hauled away and formally arraigned on criminal possession of a weapon (five or more guns) the next day.
He pleaded not guilty and was held at Rikers Island in lieu of $75,000 cash bail set by the judge.
He is due back in court this week.
