Flushing: Man’s Ex Beau Returns In Horror Brick And Bite Barrage

HIS CLOAK AND dagger worked alltoo well.

An affronted ex returned with a vengeance to do harm upon his former lover with some deceptive and bloodletting.

On the morning of May 28, the victim was compelled to step outside his home.

Instantly, he discovered it was a ruse.

That he had found himself locked out of his 120th Street home.

There, taunting him from the behind the locked door and windows was his beast of an ex-boyfriend.

The rightful occupant and the interloping ex squared off in bitter words.

Then the suspect was seen clutching a brick and used it to smash one of the apartment’s windows.

The unwanted scuffled some more than then allegedly bit his one time muse on his shoulder.

And then he proceeded to wreck the place.

He made several holes in the walls of the home and destroyed the television.

Cops arrived and took the scorned homewrecker away.

He faces several raps including burglary (of a dwelling), robbery, assault, weapons possession (with intent to use), and criminal mischief (damage property).

⬛ HARD TIMES

▀ Prison Guard Pinched For Sneaking In Meth (Woodbourne, NY)

Graphic by Melissa Eiler

A FORMER JAILER was taken down for moving meth and other contraban into a state prison.

Kyle Raven, 37, a former New York State Corrections Officer at Woodbourne Correctional Facility, was taken into custody on March 5, for his role in smuggling into the prison of methamphetamine and cell phones .

The scheme came to light back in February, when investigators began finding new inventory of crank circulating throughout the prison.

However, the full scope of the conspiracy was not uncovered for months.

After Raven's arrest, they found Amy Preston, 41, operator of "Freedom Foods," which provided food to the prison, also helped funnel disguised cash app payments of more than $17,000 to Raven as payment for smuggling the contraband into the facility.

The drugs were then peddled by six inmates, including Andrew Stoughtenger, 38, Preston's husband, who is serving a 12 year prison sentence for burglary and weapon possession, as well as several other convicts, including one serving time for the attempted murder of a police officer, prosecutors allege.

On July 10, a Sullivan County grand jury handed down charges against Raven and his seven accomplices for conspiracy, money laundering, and prison contraband charges.

Five cell phones and several charger cables were also inventoried with an undisclosed quantity of drugs inside the prison facility.

"This was a highly calculated and orchestrated conspiracy by a sworn corrections officer, several inmates and a civilian to smuggle illegal narcotics and other contraband into the Woodbourne Correctional facility for distribution to inmates in exchange of money," said Sullivan County District Attorney Brian Conaty.

Raven himself is charged with bribe receiving, money laundering and introducing prison contraband. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on April 20 and he was released without bail.

He is due back in court in Middletown, NY later this month.

The most serious charge, bribe receiving by a public servant is a Class-C felony. If convicted, Raven faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
