⬛ MANHATTAN

▀ Lower Manhattan: Train Smoker Griped He’d ‘Point My Gun At The Heads Of Officers’

THE CHAINSMOKER COULD have taken a ticket and pipe down.

Instead he went ballistic and made terroristic threats.

A 47-year-old smoke lit up at a train station on Broadway on the morning of Oct. 7.

Cops say the perp drew suspicion for ripping something fierce in the station and was being issued a summons.

The intervention only infuriated the suspect who started yelling obscenities.

In fact, authorities say the man erupted and was heard by an city transit customer service line telling the operator on a call that he was “going to point my gun at the heads of officers and kill them.”

Cops caught up to the loudmouth shitstarter the next day.

No evidence of a gun turned up.

He was taken down and booked on making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment (threat).

⬛ THE BRONX

▀ Williamsbridge: Fare Stabs Uber Driver After Clashing Over Paying Tab With Funny Money

A PASSENGER’S RUSE brought on bloodshed.

A 31-year-old woman ordered a ride-share lift back at around 9:30 p.m. back on Aug. 15.

After she was wheeled to and fro by the 48-year-old driver and reached her supposed destination at East 215th Street and Holland Avenue — it was time to pay.

The customer offered the driver the sum.

But the driver checked the notes and it appeared they were counterfeit.

Such deception offended the driver and they quarreled.

The exchange ended with the woman pulling a blade and stabbing the driver in the right side of his chest.

She then ditched the blood-soaked car on foot.

It wasn’t until Oct. 11 when investigators finally caught up to the the suspect.

She was pinched for assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

⬛ BROOKLYN

▀ Bedford-Stuyvesant: ‘I’m Gonna Send The Video!’: Fling Fiend Warns Woman Before Sending Sex Video To Her Fam’s Group Chat

THE SEX VIDEO was supposed to be private.

But a lowlife decided to mete out revenge by sending their hanky-panky with the woman’s kin.

Just before 1:15 p.m. on May 4, the 29-year-old fired the first salvo in a text message.

“I am going to send the video to your family groupchat,” read the suspect’s text.

And sure enough the goon made good on the threat.

The perp allegedly sent the video of their ugly bumping to the victim’s cousin.

The footage (that had been privately secured on the woman’s laptop — or so she thought) — exposed the woman’s vagina and her face.

Humiliated, she gathered the strength to contact the police.

And despite the lengthy wait, the accused was brought up on unlawful publication of an intimate image, unlawful disclosure of an intimate image, and harassment.

⬛ QUEENS

▀ Flushing: Gal Pickpocket Caught Rummaging Through Straphanger’s Trousers

SHE’S NOT A slick operator.

A cash-strapped woman, 31, was nabbed shortly after trying to rifle through a man’s trousers.

The suspect was traveling on a train late afternoon on Sept. 10.

As they crossed through Kissena Boulevard and Franklin Avenue, the woman went in for the kill.

Or at least put her frisky hand into the man’s pants pockets in hopes of plucking something worth a damn.

However, as the criminal complaint details, the man is the “legal custodian of the above-mentioned pants” and what’s more the woman “did not have permission or authority to take, remove, use, or otherwise exercise control over said pants.”

She was summarily practicing his harmonica skills in the clink and facing a jostling rap.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND

▀ Port Richmond: Road Terrorizer With 30 Suspensions Caught After Sideswiping Cop

HE SHOULDN’T HAVE been driving a big wheel, let alone navigating the road.

The 29-year-old perp had racked up 30 suspensions (Is that even possible?), 24 scoffs, and 11 times he was AWOL when he was mandated to answer said scoffs, according to the criminal complaint.

While driving (very, very illegally) in a black Acura TLX on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway and the Bayonne Bridge in the middle of the night on July 19, he piqued the interest of a squad car that had been parked.

That cop initiated the lights and sirens.

The suspect didn’t stop. He drove his Acura into the oncoming cruiser and grinded against it and took out its rear view mirror.

And after blowing several red lights in an ensuing chase — suspect was soon nailed and hit with a slew of charges including aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, obstruction, assault, and traffic device violation.

⬛ HARD TIMES

▀ Jealous Juice Bar Gunslinger Suspect Getting Impala Back From Police Impound (New York, NY)

A SHOOTING SUSPECT score a get out of car jail free card.

A man busted on weapons charges for getting even steven with is ex scored a small legal victory against the NYPD.

However, his legal woes are far from over.

Wilfred Cruz, 50, was taken into custody on June 27, 2025.

His detainment came after cops raided his home with a search warrant after surveillance video pinned him as the triggerman in a drive-by involving four bullets fired through the storefront window of a juice bar on Second Avenue near East 112th Street.

Authorities say Cruz had been beefing with ex-galpal and her new aqueeze, including a threatening text message sent on June 13, 2025, in which he allegedly threatened to "shoot" her new flame, according to court documents.

Cruz later texted his ex claiming the juice bar "has holes in it."

Unamused, the ex reported the text to police, who reviewed surveillance video at the scene, which revealed a man in a multi-colored shirt, black jeans, and black and red sneakers stalking about outside the beverage shop with a gun at 2:45 a.m., smashing the windshield of a parked car before firing four shots into the storefront window.

Days later, on June 27, cops stopped Cruz who was behind the wheel of his black 2017 Chevy Impala, fingering him as the man in the surveillance video who fired the shots and sent the threatening texts.

On June 28, cops served a warrant and raided Second Avenue home.

Once inside, they found three guns, two loaded pistols and one unloaded gun as well articles of clothing matching those worn by the gunman in the surveillance video the night of the juice bar shooting.

Cruz was arrested and charged with weapons possession as well as criminal mischief for damaging property.

His Chevy Impala that he was driving at the time of his arrest was impounded as an instrument of his crime.

As his criminal case winds its way through the criminal court system, he challenged the civil seizure of his vehicle by the NYPD.

He had his day in court on July 29, before a civil judge at the NYC Department of Administrative Hearings and Trials and the NYPD was required to provide evidence that the vehicle was in fact used in the crime.

They provided 911 logs, which included 50 entries related to this shooting; byt only three of which mentioned a vehicle, according to court documents.

One described a black car fleeing eastbound on First Avenue.

Another caller described it as a blue or black car and the third caller described a blue car fleeing eastbound on 122nd Street towards First Avenue.

What’s more, the surveillance video footage from the shooting scene missed the shooter’s escape.

The judge pointed out that the first two 911 calls were made five minutes after the 3:28 a.m. shooting was captured on video.

The third 911 call describing the blue car fleeing was made 23 minutes after the shooting.

Of the three callers — nobody mentioned a make, model or plate number of the fleeing vehicle.

The judge ruled that there was insufficient evidence presented by the NYPD to prove the car was used in the commission of a crime and ordered the NYPD to immediately return the vehicle to Cruz.

While he may get back his wheels, Cruz isn’t off the hook in his criminal case.

Not by a longshot.

He appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court on Oct. 6 and the judge re-issued a temporary order of protection in favor of his ex.

He is due back in court on Nov. 30.

If convicted of the most serious charge: possession of a loaded firearm, a class-C felony crime in NY State — he faces three and a half to 15 years in prison.
