▀ Midtown: Tesla Driver Deadly Smashup Slays Passenger After Torpedoing Into Times Square Bus And Mailbox
A YOUNG WOMAN died after she crashed in a car driven by a woman who was lost control of her Tesla as it careened into Times Square.
The 27-year-old was riding shotgun when he was sitting in the Model 4 Tesla back at around 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 9.
Authorities say the driver, also 27, was travelling along East 42nd Street when she lost control and as she neared Madison Avenue, she veered off the road and onto the sidewalk smashing a scaffolding, a USPS mailbox, and an MTA bus.
She failed to stop.
But cops pursued the reckless driver and pulled her over as she arrived at Second Avenue.
They determined the driver wasn’t injured. But her passenger, who lived on the Upper West Side was seriously compromised.
She was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver was given a Breathalyzer and found to be under the .08 legal threshold.
Nonetheless, the suspect was hit with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in a fatality and driving with ability impaired.

▀ Mott Haven: Convicted Perv Dropped Trou To Distract Parallel Parking Woman
SHE WAS PARKING her car and forced to witness a man’s wang in her window.
A 32-year-old sicko couldn’t keep his pants on when he allegedly charged toward a woman to show off his manhood.
It was around 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 21, when the suspect started walking toward the woman, 53, as she was parking her car on Brook Avenue off East 142nd Street.
Cops came and took the debauchee into custody.
They learned that the perp had earned a most unsavory history.
In 2022, the same unsavory was arrested for sex abuse and possession of child pornography for possessing 100 photos of under age children in a sexual performance, including lewd photos of a 13 year old female neighbor.
He pleaded guilty in 2024 to the child porn case.
That same year he was sentenced in the Bronx to 10 years probation as part of the plea deal.
Moreover, he racked up busts in 2019 for endangering the welfare of a child and a grand larceny arrest.
At his arraignment, the man’s public defender argued that the perp may have a history of unspeakables, but he has no history of failure to appear and thus isn’t a flight risk.
The judge was swayed enough to grant an order of protection prohibiting him from contacting the victim and he was released.

▀ Clinton Hill: Rock Tosser Caught Shattering Fiat’s Windows
AN EARLY RISER decided it was time to wake up the neighborhood.
Minutes before 7 a.m. on May 21, the 35-year-old rabblerouser was up and at’em in the worst way.
He had started making a ruckus outside the tranquil South Oxford Street.
He took particular umbrage against a parked red 2012 Fiat.
CCTV captured the perp pick up a rock and beam both the the car’s driver’s side and passenger windows.
Glass shattered all over the place like unpopped kernels.
He then took the same rock and tossed it at the car’s windshield causing it to break as well, according to the criminal complaint.
Cops were called and when they arrived they took the deranged Nolan Ryan flamethrower to the pen.
He faces several counts of criminal mischief.

▀ Fresh Meadows: ‘You Want This To Be Easy Or Hard?’: Man Kidnapped, Robbed, Stripped, Extorted, And Tossed On Grand Central Parkway By 5 Goons
A BAND OF thieves yanked a man sitting behind the wheel of his car and took him for everything he had before dumping him on a highway with a dire threat.
The man was bushwhacked by the handful of hoodlums as he had stopped in his car on the morning of Aug. 17 in front of a home on 175th Street.
They sided up to him in another car — popped out and one of them (later determined to be a 20-year-old suspect) was pointing a gun.
‘You want this to be easy or hard?’
Together they surrounded the victim’s car.
They opened the door and the gunslinger pistol whipped the target. Another grabbed hold of the victim and placed a bag over his head and yet another zip-tied his hands and landed multiple punches to the outnumbered man’s body and face.
He was then taken to the assailants’ car and almost glibly asked, “You want this to be easy or hard?”
As he was being taken away one of the punks slashed the man about his hands and mug.
‘If you go to the police, we will release these pictures of you on social media and embarrass you.’
They then took his ring, watch, chain, bag and forced him to undress.
What’s more, the perps snapped photos of the naked innocent and then let him know that any inquiries or tattling to the cops would be met with embarrassing repercussions.
One seethed: “If you go to the police, we will release these pictures of you on social media and embarrass you.”
The bleeding, bludgeoned and naked kidnapped victim was then tossed onto the the Grand Central Parkway near Aberdeen Road like diseased roadkill as the crooks road off.
Two days later, the pistol whipper was picked up.
Prosecutors booked him on kidnap, robbery, assault, and gang assault raps.
His kidnapping cohorts were still being pursued.
⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ West Brighton: ‘What Car?’: Neighborhood Watch Helps Cops Catch Hit-And-Run Driver
MAYBE IT WAS coincidental amnesia.
A driver, 32, was busted after sideswiping a parked car and continuing as if he was riding on Easy Street.
But he wasn’t.
He as actually driving a Chevrolet Cruze at around 8 p.m. on July 31.
Cops say a neighborhood watch member saw the suspect drive his Cruze on Chappell Street and Henderson Avenue and strike a parked white 2022 Toyota Corolla.
And with all the time and opportunity he had to stop and make good on the screwup.
And authorities say the driver instead kept hitting the gas. Only he didn’t travel far.
The neighborhood watch member caught up to the driver and asked him if he was going to return to reach the owner of the car he damaged.
“What car,” he allegedly responded.
Cops were called and found the suspect idling in the car.
They searched the Cruze and found that he had in his possession an New York State card bearing another person’s name stashed in the center console cupholder.
He was soon brought up on leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, idling of an engine, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal possession of a stolen credit card.
