⬛ MANHATTAN

Midtown: Gourmand Fleeced French Bistro Out Of Liquor And Mussel Power Lunch

HAVE WE REACHED a point where supposed patrons must fork over coin in advance to dine out — or be denied service?

Because the dine-and-dash grift keeps happening.

Take a 65-year-old lady who picked La Grande Boucherie to chow down back on the afternoon of July 29.

It’s the kind of place where the napkins are white and washable and the flatware at each place setting requires a brushup on Emily Post.

She sat down and ordered mussels in a white wine and light mustard broth with hand-cut fries and washed it down with a Bombay Sapphire gin.

The woman enjoyed her feast that ran up around $53.

And then the tab arrived and the diner claimed she was in the poorhouse.

Cops were called and the woman was taken into custody and hit with theft of services.

⬛ THE BRONX

South Bronx: Perv Caught Flashing Woman While Parking Has Disturbing Past

HE TRIED SHOWING off his manhood to a woman while she was parallel parking.

And it didn’t end well.

The 32-year-old was eager to show off his package back at around dinnertime on Aug. 21.

The deviant allegedly dropped his pants while standing on Brook Avenue off East 143rd Street to distract a woman, 53, as she was parking her car.

So while she’s moving forward and reversing to fit a spot — there appeared before her a naked man walking toward her.

The perp was pinched for unwarranted peepshow.

And it was clear once he went before a judge at his arraignment that this wasn’t his first hoedown.

The suspect was convicted in 2024 for possession of over 100 lewd pics of a teenage girl living in a house near him.

That stained his name as a sex offender and he was able to plea down to get 10 years probation.

The suspect also was priors for endangering the welfare of of a child and also a grand larceny.

The sicko’s attorney convinced the judge that while the man had a disturbing past, he didn’t show any reason to abscond from his court dates.

That earned him a release along with an order of protection from the driver that he exposed himself.

⬛ BROOKLYN

Park Slope: ‘You Want To Fight!’: Philistine Rips Church Bibles And Tosses Candles While Taunting Staff With Fire Hydrant Top

A GODLESS SOUL was ready to go biblical on any comers.

On the morning of June 18, the suspect, 28, marched into the St. Francis Xavier Church located on 6th Avenue and Carroll Street.

If there were any parishioners praying or in a solemn state — they were rudely interrupted by the perp.

The maniac took bibles, ripped them up and then tossed them.

“What you going to do about it?”

-28-year-old church hooligan

The perp also destroyed crucifixes, crosses, and candles by throwing them to the ground.

And when a church staffer attempted to stop him — the suspect somehow gained hold of the top of a fire hydrant.

While seemingly ready to cast it, he snarled, “What you going to do about it?”

The suspect then started swinging it toward the challenger.

Before the cops arrived the aggressor vanished.

But investigators were able to track him down weeks later on July 21.

He was then formally nailed to the cross for burglary (hate crime), criminal mischief (hate crime), criminal trespass (hate crime), criminal mischief (damage property), and menacing (with a weapon).

HE MUST HAVE wondered how could be standing on a street one moment and almost instantly a woman appeared and decided to twerk on him.

Was it his lucky day?

Not so much.

The suspect admitted that while being “homeless” and in need of a “roof over my head” they decided to test the theory that nobody was home by first relaxing in the backyard.

The perp then noted that after a while, it was time to enter though couldn’t recall exactly when he did so.

“When I realized no one was home I used a small knife to pry the front door open,” he told cops later.

“I took the multitool from the house,” he added.

That led him to head for a nap.
