The Blotter.* A roundup of happenings in Gotham’s mean streets (and from time to time the tri-state region). Each item provides a staticky glimpse into the sleepless city’s peripheral misdemeanors, felonies, and misadventures.

⬛ MANHATTAN
▀ Chinatown: Volvo Motorist Draws Faux Pistol On Parking Ticketing Agent Asking, ‘Why?’
HE WAS READY to go to war over a summons.
A 63-year-old driver lost his wits when a meter maid gifted him an unwelcome ticket on his windshield.
It was around 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 6 when the man became a maniac seeing his blue Volvo parked on Elizabeth Street and Broadway being written up by the agent.
The man was furious when he confronted the agent drawing the pistol that was tucked in his waistband.
“Why did you give me a ticket,” he asked while aiming the piece.
The agent fled.
The next day detectives, working off of the man’s license plate (they had ticketed him already, after all) showed up brought the man into custody.
They realized after doing so that the weapon that was used to show the agent who was boss — was in fact a BB gun and not an actual bullet firing gun.
The suspect was brought up on menacing, weapons possession, and obstructing governmental administration.
He also has to remit that parking ticket.

⬛ THE BRONX
▀ Longwood: Chow Cheater Goes Ballistic After Chiseling Eatery
A FREELOADER FILLED up on restaurant grub and then brought the smackdown upon receiving the bill.
At around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 2, a 28-year-old ordered up a storm at El Carnalito Barragan located on Intervale and Westchester Avenue.
The merry mooch then decided he didn’t have to pay because the precious sovereign in his own eyes clearly was too special to pay for a plebian meal.
So out he headed avoiding the cash register like kryptonite.
And then he encountered the nonplussed owner.
Authorities say the suspect pushed, punched and stomped on the owner’s left foot, according to the criminal complaint.
His gait quickened and he disappeared.
But authorities tracked the thieving berserker down and brought him up on assault, theft of services, and harassment.

⬛ BROOKLYN
▀ Brownsville: Bicycle Brute Slashes For Cash And Bag Grab
A TWO-WHEELING ROGUE ambushed a person and rooked their bag with a fat cash roll in it.
The 52-year-old was tooling along Liberty and Williams Avenues at around 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 25.
He allegedly zeroed in on a mark on an early stroll and came up on them, brandishing a blade.
Not many words were said by the scallywag, other than he made ominous threats “to kill” them. He then started gashing the person on the chest and shoulders causing the victim to plummet to the ground.
The crook then grabbed their bag and pedaled off.
In it, there was $1,200 cash.
On Dec. 1, authorities caught onto the perp and cuffed him.
Among the raps, he was charged with assault, robbery, and grand larceny.

⬛ QUEENS
▀ Jamaica: Loudmouth Claims Knife Was ‘For Protection’ After Stabbing Straphanger Critic Who Asked Him To Lower Volume
A BIG TALKER’S exceptionally clamorous chatter aboard a subway ride riled a fellow rider.
And when he complained — he was summarily jumped and stabbed several times.
It was around 11 a.m. on Nov. 22 when the 50-year-old was sharing his cell phone conversation with everybody riding on this particular northbound E train.
Authorities say a 54-year-old man pleaded for the windbag to pipe down. As the train barreled into the Parson/Archer Avenue station, the affronted gabber unloaded a series of punches to the sound-sensitive man and took from his hoodie pocket a blade.
‘I had a knife for protection.’ -50-year-old big mouth slasher
He allegedly used it to slash him in his ribs.
The bleeding man had to be rushed to a loca hospital where medics had to tend to his chest cavity.
The suspect was picked up and questioned about the train eruption.
When showed CCTV footage by investigators, the suspect allegedly acknowledged, “That me.”
As for the knife that they found after the bloodletting, the suspect told them: “I had a knife for protection.”
The accused was hauled away with attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ Arrochar: Pink Coke Player Lassoed In Lawless Car
HE MIGHT AS well have been wheeling around in a clown mobile.
A 19-year-old didn’t exactly plot out safe passage for his alleged fat bag of pink coke.
It was around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, when cops pulled over at the intersection of Sand Lane and MacFarland Avenue the suspect was allegedly steering a 2009 Ford Fusion riddled with violations.
The car was lacking legible license plates.
When stopped, he also failed to produce a valid license and had numerous outstanding tickets for moving violations. And then the officers searched the SUV.
In the glove box they plucked a hefty baggie filled with pink cocaine. There was a criminal possession of drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no license plate and other violations.
The same perp was out on bail for an Oct. 28 bust. He pleaded not guilty to robbery, assault, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property.

NOTE… nothing is wrong with the photo. He actually did the letters backwards. If you zoom in you can see the numbers on the train car are correct.
Mike Sane: Even backwards....it was perfect
George Coleman: Yeah, I remember when they rekindled and went " HARD ON THE PAINT " the beginning of the last couple years until the end.
