⬛ MANHATTAN
▀ Harlem / Central Park: Apple Pay Machine Filcher Leads Cop Chase Into Central Park Lake

«SOURCE»
AN BODEGA’S PAY gizmo thief learned that he’s not half minnow.
The 22-year-old stepped into a bodega located on Lenox Avenue off West 113th Street back on the afternoon of June 8.
His escape effort to make off with the hardware was disrupted by eagle-eyed cops who pursued the suspect all the way to the Harlem Meer Lake.
The kook allegedly dove into the drink and was then plucked out by elite ESU officers.
Once on dry land, the cops recovered the stolen device.
He was hit with petit larceny, assaulting a police officer, obstructing of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
The same wet bandit was already singing the gloomy June blues for catching an assault and robbery case earlier in the month for trying to snatch a 28-year-old straphanger’s shoulder bag.

⬛ THE BRONX
▀ Parkchester: Return Of Aunt Scary
SHE CAN’T TAKE a hint.
A 20-year-old woman refused to abide by a judge’s ban to steer clear of her family’s home — despite getting arrested the day before.
The woman was first taken away from a Unionport Road apartment in handcuffs on June 13.
She was charged with harming a child and harassment.
After pleading not guilty at her arraignment the next day — she was told in blunt terms that she was to keep away from the home and her kin residing there.
But that didn’t stop her.
In fact, the next evening the woman returned to the home and rattled a 47-year-old woman.
The suspect’s ignoring the judge’s violation of the protection order prompted a 911 call for fear of the what the trespasser was capable of doing.
She was collared again and this time hit with criminal trespass, weapon possession (with intent to use), and harassment.

⬛ BROOKLYN
▀ Greenpoint: Fatal Hit & Run Motorist Caught Trying To Fix Banged-Up Car In Illinois
HI-TECH LICENSE PLATE readers captured a gutless driver fleeing Gotham to get away with a deadly hit-and-run.
The long reach of the law proved out when a 35-year-old mowed down a man who had exited an Uber and then sped off.
It was around 12:15 a.m. on Feb. 15 when the 35-year-old driver of a Nissan Murano was driving along Vandervoort Avenue. As he crossed Rewe Street, he encountered a 31-year-old man attempting to cross the road after having exited an Uber ride.
That’s when the perp in his SUV clipped the pedestrian.
Authorities say the suspect fled after impact. And not just to a nearby hideout. This guy took off to the state of Illinois where he apparently found a repair garage that was charging him all cash.
But authorities already had a tracking on the suspect’s Murano and on June 22, they formally charged him.
And they also confiscated the ride.
After surrendering to the NYPD’s 90th Precinct on Monday, the perp who made the long tour to hide the car evidence faces an assortment of charges including criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and unsafe lane change.

⬛ QUEENS
▀ Jackson Heights: Goon Caught Snapping And Sending Non Consensual Nude Pics Of Woman’s Privates From Their Car Romp
A WOMAN DROPPED the dime on a man she twirled with in a parked car.
The 40-year-old had been seeing the woman back in April. And on April 11, the hunk of a man apparently crossed the line during one of their especially intimate, not-so-five-star dates.
It was just the two of them getting hot and heavy in a car parked on 83rd Street and Northern Boulevard.
Authorities say the two did the deed and then afterward she nodded off.
The suspect took advantage and snapped photos of the naked woman in her pantsless repose state.
On April 19, the woman received “multiple” text messages from the jerk.
One of them featured a closeup photo of her vagina.
The naked pic vexed the woman and she reached out to the cops.
On June 3, the conniving perp was taken into custody and facing unlawful surveillance (for amusement or profit).

⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ Old Town: Self-Pleasurer Puts On Sick Sequel In Front Of Woman At Her Home
HE CAN’T CONTROL himself. Or keep his pants on.
A 68-year-old perv was picked up for showing up for the second time in the last six months to put on a solo stroking show before a 28-year-old woman at her home.
Cops say the sicko was busted (again) for returning to her home on Kramer Street and Mallory Avenue back on March 30 where he showed off his manhood and committed a lewd act.
It was his repeat offense.
That’s because the same senior had been front and center in front of the young woman’s home back on Nov. 2 of last year where the stroker was pinched for the same masturbatory malfeasance.
And he also took his lust on the road. For the same perp was captured on the evening of April 26.
In this incident the suspect readied himself on a subway platform in Manhattan’s Bryant Park station and then flashed a 23-year-old victim.
He was nailed for public lewdness and exposure of a person for that crime.
The most recent act before the same Staten Island woman adds to his 20 priors — many busts for public lewdness and forcible touching) that date all the back to 1983. (first arrest was for weapon possession.)

▀ Inmate Lover Caught Piloting Drone To Drop Drugs In Slammer (Amsterdam, NY)
WHAT’S FREEDOM WHEN you’re in love?
A woman and chums were captured after trying to guide a drone to deliver contraband into her locked-up boyfriend’s prison.
Alexandra Garand, was arrested by the feds June 15.
Garand is (unsure if they still are an item!) the girlfriend of inmate Isaiah Pleasant.
The 36-year-old is serving an 18 year bit at the Marcy Correctional Facility for robbery and strangulation, according to DOC records.
At his direction, Garand confessed, she and two unidentified men bungled a scheme to take to the skies with a drone to supply him with drugs, weapons, and devices.
At around 1 a.m. on March 14 jailers sighted the drone crashed beyond the fence line.
It dropped a package, which the guards immediately recovered.
It contained 530 grams of marijuana, two eight-inch knives, a cell phone and five sheets of paper soaked in synthetic marijuana.
The FBI joined the investigation and subpoenaed the manufacture of the drone, "Xpece", and found the same type of drone had been purchased by Garand on Feb. 15.
Garand, investigators determined, lived a few miles from the prison and was a frequent visitor to inmate Pleasant. What’s more, she was even listed as his emergency contact.
The contraband was dropped by the drone about 50 feet from Pleasant's dormitory housing, the papers say.
Investigators also determined Garand owned a grey Nissan Pathfinder, which was captured on license plate readers the night of the illicit drone delivery traveling to and from the prison within an hour of the unscrupulous drop.
Confronted with the overwhelming evidence against her, she confessed.
She admitted to purchasing the drone and the contraband and executed the plan at Pleasant's direction along with two accomplices.
She told investigators she drove the two unidentified accomplices to the prison, one went into a building across the street while the other acted as a lookout.
She claimed to have waited in the car.
A short time later, the two men ran back to the car and told her to drive. As she sped away, one of the men was on the phone with Pleasant as they discussed the drone had "crashed."
On June 15, the FBI executed a search warrant at Garand's Amsterdam home and found the remote control to the same crashed drone stashed in a kitchen cabinet.
Court papers did not identify the two co-conspirators and it is unclear if they have been arrested.
Also unclear is whether Pleasant will face any criminal charges in the smuggling scheme.
Pleasant is eligible for parole in September, 2028. Though this new set of charges could tack on more than 15 years more.
Quite a heavy price to pay for a harebrained scheme that failed miserably.
