⬛ BROOKLYN
▀ Gravesend: Croupier Caught Running Speakeasy

A HUSTLER WAS caught working on his night moves.
The 25-year-old was busted plying illicit hooch and hosting slot games in the basement of a nondescript storefront.
The perp was netted on Sept. 19, where he was hosting games of chance to gamblers inside a clandestine downstairs lair on Kings Highway and West 9th Street.
Cops discovered a secret door from an illegal wall that led to the playpen in the basement.
There, they found six slot machines and a robust bar.
The suspect and his cohort, 28, were both rounded up and slapped with promoting gambling, possession of a gambling device, sale of alcohol without a license, disorderly premises, possession of alcoholic beverages, unlicensed bottle club, and storing of alcoholic beverages.

⬛ QUEENS
▀ Flushing/Forest Hills: Munchies Leads Fuzz To Masked Brazen Bandits’ $160K BMW Score, Thwart Their Canada Escape

TWO GOONS WHO scored a six figure sum were a bit too loose with their bread crumb trail.
The perps, 25 and 28, are believed to have strong-armed a man rolling deep in cash inside a parking garage.
And they took him for everything: $160,000 that was bagged in his beamer.
It was minutes before 1 p.m. on July 30 when a 53-year-old was parking a white BMW X4M in a parking garage on 41st Avenue off College Point Avenue.
The masked masked and donning black attire appeared out of thin air. And they barked orders, demanding the bag stowed in the car.
When the driver hesitated, the duo starting working him over.
They quickly grabbed the bag with the stacks of greenbacks and fled.
Investigators did some looking into the BMW and found that it belonged to a man who denied being involved in the big money heist at the garage.
They traced its GPS to the garage where the shakedown occurred.
Its owner was questioned and offered that he routinely rents it out on the side.
They determined he wasn’t in on the money grab.

Cops tracked the heisters to a Paris Baguette in Forest Hills.
But they did determine that on the same day of the score, the same two grubbers grabbed a quick snack at a Paris Baguette on 71st Avenue and Austin Street in Forest Hills.
Its unclear if the money was recovered (or why he had that much dough on his person).
But it notably, it was Canadian Railway authorities who were the heroes here that snared both men as they were allegedly attempting to skip town and make their out of the country escape.
Each faces grand larceny 2 (more than $50k), robbery, and robbery 3.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ Port Richmond: Road Terrorizer With 30 Suspensions Caught After Sideswiping Cop
HE SHOULDN’T HAVE been driving a big wheel, let alone navigating the road.
The 29-year-old perp had racked up 30 suspensions (Is that even possible?), 24 scoffs, and 11 times he was AWOL when he was mandated to answer said scoffs, according to the criminal complaint.
While driving (very, very illegally) in a black Acura TLX on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway and the Bayonne Bridge in the middle of the night on July 19, he piqued the interest of a squad car that had been parked.
That cop initiated the lights and sirens.
The suspect didn’t stop. He drove his Acura into the oncoming cruiser and grinded against it and took out its rear view mirror.
And after blowing several red lights in an ensuing chase — suspect was soon nailed and hit with a slew of charges including aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, obstruction, assault, and traffic device violation.
