⬛ MANHATTAN

Midtown: Top Shelf Boozer Caught Trying To Welch After Downing Whiskey

A THIRSTY THIEF tried to take a Penn Station eatery for a free tipple.

Just before midnight on July 9, the 33-year-old man sat down at Mas Taco located inside Penn Station.

Authorities say he ordered an $18 whiskey and after sipping it down — he allegedly decided it was on the house.

Except the house (that being the workers at Mas Taco) were not offering freebies that night.

So when the suspect attempted to flee, one of the staffers grabbed hold of him and the cops were called.

It will be single-serving juice or milk for a while after he was taken away. He allegedly acknowledged he was penniless when he decided to get his drink on.

He faces failure to pay by stealth (dine and dash).

⬛ THE BRONX

Mott Haven: Tinted Wheels Exposes Heat-Packing Perp

HIS HONDA FITTED with blacked out windows attracted too much attention.

From Johnny Law.

The 26-year-old appeared to like the kind of windows that go well on hearses.

He was stopped in the 2018 Honda on the morning of April 20 while traveling south down Third Avenue off East 141st Street.

The officers ran the driver’s license and determined he was a wanted fugitive.

He was ordered to exit the car and when he did, cops performed a search.

They found him with a 9mm tucked in his waistband.

The perp was charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm, and criminal possession of a weapon (firearm/previous conviction).

He pleaded not guilty and was freed.

But the cops kept the impounded Honda.

And despite efforts by the suspect’s girlfriend attempting to appeal to the city Administration Trials to preach the man’s sterling character and how he needed the Honda for a hectic maybe sorta kinda real 9 to 5 job — the judge didn’t buy it.

So it’s the bus or subway for the suspect until the car is released.

⬛ BROOKLYN

Prospect Heights / Borough Park: Rowdy Goon Incites Riot Inside Police Precinct Lockup Boasting ‘I’m A Crip Killer’

HE MIGHT HAVE countless death wishes.

An instigator locked up for roughing up an elder man tried to go rambo inside a holding cell — and then when he was isolated to prevent him from being pulled apart from each of his limbs — he tried to bait cops to throw down.

The 36-year-old landed himself in police custody for showing off his brawn.

The younger bully was looking for trouble back on the night of July 4.

He allegedly had a 67-year-old man in his sights while strolling around 17th Street and Church Avenue and landed a devastating forearm to the senior’s temple.

Once he was dumped in a holding cell at the 66th Precinct where he attempted to challenge the 15 or so other inmates breathing the same air.

“I will fuck you guys up,” he belted, according to the criminal complaint. “I’m GDK [Gangster Disciple Killer]. I’m a crip killer.

“I’m from here.”

It’s unclear if he meant he was from this part of Brooklyn or if he was so frequently locked up that this jail cell was like his home and the others were essentially trespassing.

The suspect then threw up some gang signs provoking the other inmates.

This incited the other and a riot resulted with every perp wanting a piece of the blusterer.

He was then removed from the cell and tossed into an adjacent one separate from the rest of the riled up jailbirds.

And he continued picking fights, even through the cell bars.

The cops then had to extricate the suspect.

He was transported to the 70th Precinct and again made a massive fuss when authorities attempted to fingerprint and process him.

At Central Booking the perp again refused to play ball.

For 30 minutes he acted up and wouldn’t enter the crimianl court . Then when authorities attempted to print and process him again — the suspect put up fits for almost three hours.

For almost a 24 stretch, the maniacal prisoner fought and fought against every ask and formality.

By 8 a.m. the next day he was finally fingerprinted.

An officer offered the man a cup of water.

When the suspect received it he tossed it back at the officer and growled, ‘You should come in here and fight me.”

The suspect was nailed for the original elderly assault, as well as harassment, disorderly conduct (violent behavior) and disorderly conduct (unreasonable noise).

If only they had a charge for being an unbearable human.

⬛ QUEENS

Flushing: Geezer Burglars Netted After Fleecing Home For Gold Riches And $120K

TWO GERIATRICS WERE caught after getting busted for plundering a home for hundreds of thousands worth in cash and gold.

The suspects, a woman aged 65 and her 75-year-old crime partner grandpa, allegedly slipped into a home located on Byrd Street back on the early evening of June 30.

Once inside the residence, the suspects helped themselves to three gold bars, two gold coins, a flashy Chopard watch, an iPad, and $120,000.

Their handiwork was captured on CCTV.

And despite their grey hairs’ gift of grift — they were made and cops were rounding them up weeks later.

Each faces burglary and grand larceny (more than $50,000) for the score.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND

Graniteville: Bomb Squad Seize Man’s Arsenal

EVERYTHING THE COULD go boom was bagged.

A 29-year-old was arrested after a city bomb squad served a warrant at his Richmond Avenue domicile.

It was around 5:15 a.m. on Aug. 4, when the visitors wearing the tactical gear showed up and weren’t hand-delivering newspapers.

They were in fact executing a search of the premises.

After snooping around the officers exited with a cache of the man’s suspected weaponry.

They confiscated a staggering 13 loaded ghost guns (including nine loaded ghost pistols), four loaded ghost gun assault rifles, 24 lower receiver ghost gun frames for guns under construction, five high capacity ammo magazines, 1,900 rounds of ammunition for four different calibers, and two sound suppressors for firearms.

There was also a generous supply of homemade fireworks.

For being so well armed (he could probably take out a small nation’s defenses), the suspect faces 90 counts of weapons possession.

⬛ HARD TIMES

▀ Butcher Sent Away For 26 To Life After Slaying Galpal, Stealing Her Paycheck To Bed Prostitutes (New York, NY)

A Manhattan ghoul was sentenced to 26 years to life in prison on Wednesday following his conviction for the murder of his ex-girlfriend inside her Brooklyn home, where he dismembered her body and used her money to pay for prostitutes, while living for weeks with her dismembered remains.

Prosecutors proved Justin Williams, 27, had a stormy, years-long romantic relationship with D'Asia Johnson, 22. He was allegedly abusive and at the time of her death in August of 2022, she had an order of protection against him.

He flouted the order and continued to frequent her apartment on Linwood Avenue in East New York on August 22, 2022.

It was then that he attacked her, stabbing her nine times in the chest and back, puncturing her lungs and heart.

Killing her.

He then dismembered her body and put the remains in trash bags, which he kept in the bathroom for nearly a month while her kin frantically searched for the missing woman everywhere but his corpse-filled lair.

Wiliams continued living in the apartment and even impersonated her over the phone to her employer, calling in sick while her salary was deposited into her bank account,.

He pocketed Johnson’s salary and used the funds for romps with prostitutes, whom he entertained in the same apartment where her remains were rotting in the bathroom. He even tapped into public benefits to pay for food and moved his juvenile son into the apartment.

The ruse came undone when building management, concerned they had not seen her, contacted police to conduct a wellness check of the apartment. When they arrived they found two suitcases with human remains inside trash bags and promptly arrested Williams.

Surveillance video from inside the building showed a parade of female visitors to the apartment during the nearly month-long period since Johnson was last seen alive.

In June, Williams was convicted by a Brooklyn jury of murder, concealment of a human corpse, criminal impersonation and welfare fraud.
