⬛ MANHATTAN
▀ Lower East Side: Drone Spies Subway Surfing Teens Catching A J Train Ride
TWO TEENAGERS WERE spotted by a drone riding atop a Manhattan-bound subway train.
The boys, 13 and 14, were spotted by a drone on the late afternoon of May 26.
The pair were spotted riding outside atop a J train as it had corssed the Willaimsburg Bridge and was nearing the Delancey Street station.
The train was stopped (unclear where exactly) and the teens were arrested without incident or injury.
The 13-year-old was charged as a juvenile with criminal trespass and reckless endangerment.
His 14 year old daredevil accomplice was charged with possession of stolen property, possession of burglar's tools (he had MTA train keys in his possession) as well as reckless endangerment.
This follows a deadly incident from May 22, when a 14-year-old subway surfer died and his 18-year-old cohort was critically injured when they tumbled from the top of another moving J train on the Williamsburg Bridge.
So far this year, cops have pulled 83 people from subway trains for "surfing" outside subway cars, including 19 recidivists.
What’s more, since 2023, the NYPD recovered 76 MTA subway train keys from those arrested for subway surfing.
▀ Midtown: Knicks Victory Melee Outside Madison Square Gareden Ends In Arrests
LATE SUNDAY, throngs of hoop revelers celebrating the New York Knicks victory sending them to the NBA finals .
The crowd lingering on the fringe of Madison Square Garden around on West 34th Street and Seventh Avenue became excessively rambunctious.
Some climbed poles, leaped over police barricades, and blocked traffic.
Cops doled out summonses to six unruly fans where they have to appear in court at a future date.
The Knicks sweeping road game victory marking had fans congregating outside the Garden.
But the NYPD didn’t issue a permit to host an outdoor “watch party” given the recent rowdiness that resulted in previous Knicks wins.
Several blocks uptown, there was a ticket holder only watch party at nearby Radio City Music Hall, which was reported to be peaceful.
Police said their posture against watch parties at the Garden stands, where they claim increased crowds numbering up to 8,000 spectators taking in the live feed from large flat screens outside the arena — remain banned as the Knicks advance to the NBA finals next month.

⬛ THE BRONX
▀ Mott Haven: Lowlife Launches Scratching Feline To High Rise Death
EVERY LIFE THAT Shadow possessed — were cashed after being tossed out the window by an irascible scumbag.
The black pet cat was acting especially frisky with a 32-year-old misanthrope who lost his cool on March 4.
The man was inside the 15th floor of a high rise building in the Mitchell Houses on Alexander Avenue off East 138th Street.
It was there that the gutless ghoul turned executioner against the furball to exact revenge for scratching him; lobbing Shadow out the window like unwanted detritus.
The poor cat struck the pavement and died instantaneously of catastrophic wounds.
On May 21, the animal killer’s case was grand juried and its members determined there was plenty of evidence to bring charges of aggravated cruelty to animals and torturing an animal.
The perp is due back in court on July 21.
If found convicted of the felony charge of aggravated cruelty, the suspect faces up to two years in prison and must shell out up to a $5,000 fine.

⬛ BROOKLYN
▀ Brownsville: Pair Censured For Romping In Public Street
THEY COULDN’T KEEP their hands off each other. Or their privates in their pants.
A pair were caught making memories together.
Essentially they were going at it like minks doggystyle on the corner of Southwest Snediker avenue and Belmont Avenue in broad daylight (3:30 p.m.) on April 28.
A 29-year-old woman was spotted splayed on her knees with a 41-year-old strapping lad behind her with his bare appendage seen gyrating in a “back and forth manner,” the criminal complaint states.
Police officers performed coitus interuptus and put the bone jumpers on ice.
Each was hit with public lewdness and exposure of a person.

⬛ QUEENS
▀ Cambria Heights: Dullard On ATV Dinged Smashing Into Cop Car
OF ALL THE rides to total — one offroading imbecile struck an unmarked NYPD car.
The 35-year-old driver (with eight priors — including six for reckless endangerment) was stunting atop an ATV back on the night of April 26.
Witnesses were aghast the daredevil was revving along the streets as part of a herd of rough riders.
As the man was navigating his monster machine literally off the main road and hopping on the sidewalk of Springfield Boulevard, dodging pedestrians like moving pylons his thrillseeking came to an abrupt end.
As they cross Linden Boulevard, cops say the one sidewalk showboat ended his Tour de Dunce by colliding into an unmarked police car.
The wreckage led to his quick collaring.
He was hit with his ninth reckless endangerment, along with reckless driving, disorderly conduct (blocking traffic), and criminal mischief (damage property in excess of $250).

⬛ STATEN ISLAND
▀ New Dorp: Tagger With Swagger Copped To Marking Up Train Telling Cops ‘The Video Speaks For Itself!’
HE’S A MAVERICK. Code sign: “NT116”.
That was the tag that a 53-year-old do-badder allegedly scrawled all over a subway train.
It was around 10:30 a.m. on April 7 inside the New Dorp train station.
The older but not necessarily wiser suspect was captured on surveillance video inking the moniker on the train car, its walls and glass windows a total of five times.
Some time passed, and on April 29 he was pinched.
When pressed by investigators, the accused tagger allegedly answered, “Yeah, that’s me,” adding, “The video speaks for itself.”
He was hit with making graffiti and criminal mischief.

⬛ [SIC] CITY

▀ Double Drug Dealer Killer Dies In Prison (Beekman, NY)
Sean O'Dubhghaill, Special to The Blotter
A CONVICT WHO went away for life after putting down two dope peddlers in the Bronx — breathed his last behind bars earlier this month.
Remulo Cepeda died at Greenhaven Prison in Beekman, New York on May 14.
He was 52.
The man had been sent away for 85 years to life in prison for the Nov. 4, 2001 murders of Jose Rosario, 22, and Luis Amadore, 20,.
Cepeda was sitting in the backseat of a Toyota Camry as the men drove along the Henry Hudson Parkway service road near Greystone Avenue in Riverdale, when he drew a .22-caliber pistol and popped each man to the back of their heads, killing them and causing the car to crash.
Cepeda jumped out of the wreckage and tried to carjack a passing car.
However he picked a getaway car to jack that just so happen to be a manual transmission.
And the assassin coudln’t drive stick.
Witnesses testified that he jumped back in the wrecked Toyota and drove off with the two bullet-riddled bodies inside.
Cops tracked Cepeda down to Miami in the winter of 2022, and he was extradited back to New York.
He stood trial in 2004 and was convicted of the murders, along with robbery and reckless endangerment for the failed carjacking.
Cepeda appealed the conviction but it was denied in 2008.
He was not entitled to a parole hearing until December, 2087, state corrections records indicate.
The cause of death was not immediately disclosed.
It is being investigated by the NYS Department of Corrections.
The NYS Department of Corrections reported 16 deaths in state prison custody this month including the murder of inmate Terry Demonstoy, 45, who was beaten to death during a fight with a fellow inmate inside a bathroom at Marcy Correctional on May 15, according to the NY State Police, who have not yet made an arrest in the murder.
Demonstoy had been serving a two to four year bit for grand larceny, committed in Schuyler, New York.

⬛ WANTED V. NABBED
▀ Nurse Con Sought For Fleecing Seniors (Midtown, NY)

A NOT SO orderly punk “posing as a traveling nurse” gained entry into a senior home and then ripped off the residents.
Cops say the suspect entered the building located on West 54th Street and 9th Avenue on late morning on May 5.
When the faker got into the facility, he robbed several innocents blind.

Coke key suspect tossed into the parked car.
Cops moved in to take Sanchez at the last dropoff, and they say he attempted to bolt and allegedly tossed a kilo into the trunk of a parked car.
He also ditched his clothes and snuck into a store where he was found attempting to dress up in disguise.

Authorities say Sanchez prepped the coke from a garage on Lincoln Avenue in Brooklyn and then brought the finished product to Alvarez in Queens to vend.
Under the watchful eye of law enforcement, the last meet between the two had Sanchez messengering the latest batch of blow with his two kids in tow.
What’s more, cops were tapped into the cell phones of both suspects who routinely traded missives about their narco biz on texts, WhatsApp, and FaceTime.
