Stapleton Heights: Beefing Ex Soldier Caught With Gun Cache Claims He ‘Never Pointed It At Anyone’

HIS NORTH CAROLINA ways weren’t translating in the Big Apple.

A 32-year-old was nabbed on the night of May 25 for a slew of weapons charges.

And it all started with the man failing to use a turn signal while pulling out of a parking spot.

It was around 9:15 p.m. when the out-of-towner manning a white Ford Transit XLT with North Carolina plates committed the traffic infraction on Water and Front Streets.

‘I’m ex-military and live in North Carolina. I am allowed to carry there.’

The overly lax driving piqued the interest of a detail parked nearby.

And when the slippery driver pulled into a residence on Richmond Terrace — the officers made their approach.

“There was an altercation. I had the gun on me but I never pointed it at anyone.”

Once stopped, the officers found in the glove compartment a loaded Glock 45 V pistol and a magazine.

There was also a various ammunition cloaked under a towel.

Asked to explain the hardware — the suspect contended he had a dustup with someone but he was a boy scout the entire time.
“There was an altercation,” he allegedly told the cops. “I had the gun on me but I never pointed it at anyone.”

He continued to explain the provenance of the weapons.

“I’m ex-military and live in North Carolina,” he noted, and claimed, “I am allowed to carry there.”

He claimed to be in town and crashing at a home located on Navy Pier Court.

Hours later, investigators were at his doorstep and searching the domicile.

‘I wanted to show them off to my girlfriend my mom.’

There, they collected a bunch more guns including a black Sig-Sauer P365X, another Glock, a black and tan "Radical Arms" AR-15 assault rifle, and loads of ammo.

Without any license to bear arms in town, the suspect appeared to play off their purpose. Nothing violent, but he packed so much heat because he wanted to impress a sweetheart.

“Yes, those are all mine,” he stated. “I bought them from North Carolina.

“I wanted to show them off to my girlfriend my mom.”

The suspect was taken down for a heap of gun and ammo possession charges along with the unsafe turn or failure to give appropriate signal when he turned onto the road.

Midtown: Unlicensed Corvette Driver Busted With Pills And Superman Ecstasy

A DIMWIT DRIVING a black Corvette but lacking a license was dinged with a bunch of pills.

The small-time slinger was jammed up at around 9 p.m. on June 14.

Cops say the Corvette was idling in the heart of Times Square on Broadway and West 46th Street.

Cops took a closer look at the man’s inventory and inventories 71 Adderall pills, 40 Xanax, two Oxycodone pills, and the pièce de résistance… 100 rainbow-colored pills embossed with a Superman emblem and on the back “K56”.

The perp was quickly cuffed and then processed for weapons possession and unlicensed driving.

But that only goated him to expose the person who fellated him while he secretly recorded. 

The 24-year-old perp who had been ordered by a judge to keep away from the victim — brazenly shared a sex act that had been captured clandestinely on tape. 

It was around 9 p.m. on May 9 when the pervy perp allegedly splashed video of the victim giving him oral pleasure to a group chat with 200 gawkers. 

The victim informed cops it was the suspect because he used the handle “firsttwointhealphabet”. (According to court papers, the suspect had utilized same social media handle in the past) 

The accused was taken down for criminal contempt, aggravated harassment, unlawful dissemination and unlawful disclosure of an intimate image, and harassment.

Jamaica: Queen Of Sutphin Boulevard Warns Stranger ‘Pay Me To Walk On This Block’ Before Face Slashing

A POOR SOUL paid a heavy price for strolling around a city block and not ponying up loot.

The 30-year-old man was walking along Sutphin Boulevard and 95th Avenue back at around 11 p.m. on June 6.

Out of nowhere a woman stepped to him and threatened him unless he gave up cash and credit cards.

"You have to pay me to walk on this block,” he growled. “Give me money."

He must have refused to remit her tax and that infuriated her.

She then drew a sharp object and carved up the man’s face and arm.

The man was rushed to Jamaica Hospital to tend to his lacerations.

Cops caught up to the woman slasher six days later and was pinched for assault and attempted robbery.
