AN UNWELL HORNDOG put on a filthy one man act that attempted to fleece a senior. 

The 45-year-old was standing outside a home located in the tony stretch along West 103rd Street and West End Avenue back at around 2 p.m. on March 27. 

The suspect pulled out his penis and committed a lewd act in front of a 77-year-old innocent man sitting on a stoop. 

The perverse moves were supposedly to daze the elder into submission and take him for a song.

When cops were called and showed up to the scene — the punk had fled. 

But on July 15, he was taken into custody and given the business with charges for sexually motivated burglary, lewdness (expose body in public), and lewdness (while trespassing).

A BULLY WAS riding the rails and raring for a rumble. 

The 36-year-old was heading southbound on a 5 train at around 3:30 p.m. on July 11. 

The perp started some mess with another man and soon unleashed several punches to his face. 

Then he allegedly snatched his cell phone. 

Somehow in the skirmish the accosted man was able to recover his phone. 

But the perp was long gone shortly afterward. 

Medics treated the victim at the scene. 

Two days later the perp surrendered after his mug was splashed publicly in the throwdown. 

He was hit with robbery, grand larceny, petit larceny, criminal mischief, and possession of stolen property.

A NURSE BROKE character and clobbered a helpless patient with slaps and a pile driving salvo. 

The 47-year-old medical worker had been working her shift at the Cobble Hill Health Center located on Henry Street. 

At some point around 9:30 a.m. the accused was recorded on video slapping a 75-year-old woman patient who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. 

She then shoved the senior to the ground. 

The director of the facility caught wind of the incident and analyzed the video evidence and contacted the cops. 

The nurse was then apprehended and brought up on endangering an incompetent person and assault.

SHE WAS ROLLED the second she smelled the steamy summer NYC air. 

A tourist exiting Terminal 4 of JFK Airport back on the early evening of June 8 was swooped off her heels by a dapper-dressed deviant looking the part of an authority figure replete with a walkie-talkie. 

The 39-year-old donning a black suit allegedly swindled the visiting woman who sought to get to the other side of the Hudson to check into her room at the Wyndham Garden North Hotel in North Bergen, New Jersey, according to the criminal complaint. 

And before she could even talk shop about a price — she was delivered to a waiting driver parked outside the terminal in a blue Tesla. 

The driver then demanded his fare pay him $500 for the lift. 

Seeing she was being snookered, the woman contacted the police and they intervened. 

The suited shotcaller was nailed for the jacked up price tag to milk clientele. But the driver got away without a wrist slap. 

Authorities took suit into custody and he’s now defending himself against raps for petit larceny, fraudulent accosting, conspiracy, and unlawful solicitation of ground transportation services.

THEY ARRIVED BEFORE sun-up and filed out the home with bags of dope and a loaded gun. 

A 35-year-old pusher woman was busted in the warranted search of a home on Thompson Street. 

The cavalry came knocking just before 5:30 a.m. on June 25. Once inside they helped themselves to all kinds of illegal items. 

They include 47 zips and one twisty bag of coke, six glassine sleeves of heroin from atop a dresser and $1,469 cash from the bedroom. 

From the living room the officers seized a loaded Springfield Armory XDS 9mm with six rounds in the mag tucked in a bag set on the entertainment center. 

The suspect was dinged with drug possession, weapons possession, and ammunition possession.

A WANTED GUNSLINGER is being sought for felling a DJ.

Cops identified Luis Aguero, 24, as the perp who gunned down 29-year-old Yeimy Reyes.

The perp allegedly fired a slug at the man’s dome outside M Lounfe at the small hours of July 16.

The victim was pronounced shortly afterward

There was some kind of a dustup between the suspect and the victim in the club’s basement.

The suspect reportedly stole away with the Reyes’ watch.

THE NEXT FIVE alarm inferno will get hacked.

The Blotter recently reported on the FDNY’s adoption of infrared cameras to detect arson fires in the field and just this week, the department shelled out $100k to purchase the "Hyperfire Elite Package."

It’s a specialized software program that comes with a suite of tools to create simulated controlled fire and smoke, enabling training officers to control conditions through a wireless, hand-held tablet on scene, in real-time.

According to the developers website, "the HyperFire allows users to customize training scenarios including the ability to place attack panels (that create simulated fire conditions) in multiple positions and sizes, giving the trainer complete control.

"It also allows additional attack panels and smoke generators wirelessly and conveniently from an IOS (operating system) device on the fly."

The FDNY already puts trainees through a grueling 18-week training regimen on Randalls Island in Manhattan, also known as "The Rock" which combines physical fitness with classroom study and live fire exercises as well as ladder climbing, simulated rescues using weighted dummies, carrying heavy hoses up flights of stairs and repelling from buildings.

The new computer generated simulation tool will be put into the curriculum at the academy.
