Midtown:  Punk Caught Stabbing Train Worker In Squabble

COPS GOT THEIR guy one week after he allegedly jabbed an MTA worker with a sharp object.

The 30-year-old was allegedly in a foul state late evening on Aug. 24.

He was standing on the platform of the Times Square subway station when he and the MTA worker, also 30, engaged in a war of words.

The suspect decided it was time to end the talk and he pulled out a sharp weapon and used it to stab the uniformed train rival’s left arm.

The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was stabilized.

Cops tracked down the suspect for days until Sept. 2.
They formally took him into custody and he was slapped with assault.

But their daughter ran to her mother’s aid and stopped the bully.

The goon stopped himself from striking his toddler daughter.

But it didn’t keep him from running his trap.

“I am going to blow you away,” he belted. “I’m going to get my friends to beat you up.”

Cops were called and arrested the man.

They searched the premises had two guns stowed in the flat.

One was a 9mm semi automatic pistol that was pulled from a hall closet.

In the same spot officers also found a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver (with the serial number filed off).

He was taken away and charged with weapons and ammo possession, assault, criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.

Bay Ridge: Flashing Fiend Shows His Ding Dong At Stretching Planet Fitness Member And Then Again At Bookstore Clerk

HE PLAYED PEE pee peekaboo.

A 28-year-old showboat was nailed for his doughty behavior.

The perv allegedly lowered his trou to expose himself two times before two agonizing innocents.

On the morning of May 25, the perp first grossed out a person who was stretching inside a Planet Fitness located on 86th Street.

It was a hard situation for the person enjoying their pre-workout when getting loose they had to be forced to see the man’s underside.

The same indecent imbecile reappeared (and so did his genitals) on July 25 while standing inside a bookstore dotted on 3rd Avenue and 84th Street.

Investigators were made aware of both below-the-belt incidents.

In the Planet Fitness peep show, he forced on the stretching member, they verified the suspect signed into the log.

It wasn’t long — four days — before the cops pinched the perp and took him into custody and charged him with lewdness and harassment.

⬛ QUEENS

Flushing: ‘Gays, Fucking Gays!’: Bigots Wallop Man In Baseball Bat And Glass Bottle Beatdown

A GAY COUPLE were chastised and then tenderized by a duo.

It was around 2 a.m. when a man and his boyfriend entered the 90th Grocery located on 37th Avenue.

Their presence vexed a man hanging outside.

That 42-year-old didn’t keep his homophobic thoughts to himself.

“Gays, fucking gays,” he mused.

The man and his pal trailed the couple as they left.

And after a short bit and a block or so away, the provocateur started swinging the black baseball bat (that he magically had on hand) and started slugging both men.

A cohort also jumped in with a glass bottle that he used to inflict blows to the victims.

When they hit the ground, the suspects started punching, stomping and kicking their prey.

Cops were able to pull surveillance footage from a camera trained at the location and confirmed the victims’ account.

Only one of the thugs were nabbed.

The one man popped for the beatdown was charged with several counts of robbery, assault and aggravated harassment.

Great Kills: ‘I Was Heading To My Mom’s House!’: Hammered Driver With 2 DWI Priors Caught After Clipping Pedestrian

A TANKED EX-CON allegedly fibbed he was sober and on his way to his mom’s house after striking a person.

The 49-year-old was busted on June 11 after he struck a person while driving a 2012 Gray Honda Accord.

The suspect allegedly fled the scene and was found idling in the car at Great Kills and Amboy Roads.

Cops were scrambled and they quickly sussed the driver’s sobriety.

When he spoke, the stench of booze was distinct. As was his bloodshot eyes, slurring speech and wobbly stature when he exited the ride.

‘I was coming from home going to my mom’s house.’

-49-year-old convict denied getting liquored up after striking a pedestrian

Asked for his name and he provided it.

As far as his destination — the suspect claimed he was innocently headed to his mommy.

“I was coming from home going to my mom’s house,” he allegedly stated.

Had he had a cocktail?

‘I haven’t had anything to drink…I did not have anything to drink.’

-Driver who struck pedestrian pleads with officers before he blows .228 Breathalyzer

The driver attested he hadn’t.

“I haven’t had anything to drink,” he maintained. “I was traveling up from my house.”

He then attempted to convince the cops he was a choir boy.

“I did not have anything to drink.”

Then came the Breathalyzer test and after the .228 reading (well passed the .08 threshold) they determined the driver, who had racked up two DWI convictions, was sloshed.

He was formally charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injury, DWI (two prior convictions in the past 10 years), assault, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle offense.

▀ Cops Add ‘Mission Critical’ Microscopes To Forensic Arsenal

A microspectrophotometer specialty microscope recently purchased by the NYPD for use in the department's forensic crime lab.

Not all investigators in the NYPD wear a vest and a shield.

Sometimes they wear lab coats and crack cases using science.

And that’s where they lean on the pricy, high-tech equipment, in a forensic laboratory.

Sometimes science plays the pivotal role in cracking the case and the NYPD has purchased two pricey, new cutting edge tools that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.

Last month, the NYPD purchased a microspectrophotometer, a cutting-edge specialty microscope, which will be used by the NYPD's Forensic Investigations Unit to compare trace fibers transferred between the suspect and victim, helping build a forensics case to bolster the criminal investigation.

The NYPD is shelling out nearly $214,000 to Craic Technologies, a California-based company, who are the sole manufacturer of the scientific equipment which utilizes ultraviolet and infrared light to study samples for comparison.

Also last month, the NYPD shelled out another $220,000 of taxpayer cash to purchase a FTIR Microspectrometer from Illinois-based Fisher Scientific Company.

The specialty instrument enables the NYPD lab to compare the organic components in paint, chemicals, explosives, fibers, plastic bags and tape to help match and potentially determine the origin of the items used in the commission of a crime or found at a crime scene.

The NYPD calls the new tools a game changer and "mission critical" and "vital to forensic operations."
