⬛ MANHATTAN

▀ Lower Manhattan: Train Smoker Griped He’d ‘Point My Gun At The Heads Of Officers’

THE CHAINSMOKER COULD have taken a ticket and pipe down.

Instead he went ballistic and made terroristic threats.

A 47-year-old smoke lit up at a train station on Broadway on the morning of Oct. 7.

Cops say the perp drew suspicion for ripping something fierce in the station and was being issued a summons.

The intervention only infuriated the suspect who started yelling obscenities.

In fact, authorities say the man erupted and was heard by an city transit customer service line telling the operator on a call that he was “going to point my gun at the heads of officers and kill them.”

Cops caught up to the loudmouth shitstarter the next day.

No evidence of a gun turned up.

He was taken down and booked on making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment (threat).

▀ Lower Manhattan: Rabble-Rouser Tests Arresting Cops’ Stamina

CUSTOMERS WERE GETTING harassed by a maniac who allegedly threatened to deck a worker inside an office building.

The 26-year-old was standing outside the sliver where he was taunting patrons and making problems for the workers. And when the cops caught up to him on Broadway and Vesey Street on the afternoon of Sept. 25, they met quite the match.

To suggest he resisted arrest would be like calling Mt. Everest a mole hill.

A bystander captured the offender roughing up two cops, tossing the female officer to the ground and stepping on her throat. Notably, she hung onto the perp’s ankle as her partner and other cops wrestled the him down.

The brazen goon grabbed the officer's Taser weapon, and at one point he grabbed the cops neck obstructing his wind. With enough hands (and a throng of spectators) — the perp was finally pinned and hit with a battery of charges.

The Brooklyn man was finally taken away and hit with robbery, assault on a police officer, criminal obstruction of breathing, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and trespass.

He was since arraigned two days later and pleaded not guilty and he was released on supervised release with non-monetary bail conditions.

▀ Williamsbridge: Fare Stabs Uber Driver After Clashing Over Paying Tab With Funny Money

A PASSENGER’S RUSE brought on bloodshed.

A 31-year-old woman ordered a ride-share lift back at around 9:30 p.m. back on Aug. 15.

After she was wheeled to and fro by the 48-year-old driver and reached her supposed destination at East 215th Street and Holland Avenue — it was time to pay.

The customer offered the driver the sum.

But the driver checked the notes and it appeared they were counterfeit.

Such deception offended the driver and they quarreled.

The exchange ended with the woman pulling a blade and stabbing the driver in the right side of his chest.

She then ditched the blood-soaked car on foot.

It wasn’t until Oct. 11 when investigators finally caught up to the the suspect.

She was pinched for assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

⬛ BROOKLYN

▀ Bedford-Stuyvesant: ‘I’m Gonna Send The Video!’: Fling Fiend Warns Woman Before Sending Sex Video To Her Fam’s Group Chat

THE SEX VIDEO was supposed to be private.

But a lowlife decided to mete out revenge by sending their hanky-panky with the woman’s kin.

Just before 1:15 p.m. on May 4, the 29-year-old fired the first salvo in a text message.

“I am going to send the video to your family groupchat,” read the suspect’s text.

And sure enough the goon made good on the threat.

The perp allegedly sent the video of their ugly bumping to the victim’s cousin.

The footage (that had been privately secured on the woman’s laptop — or so she thought) — exposed the woman’s vagina and her face.

Humiliated, she gathered the strength to contact the police.

And despite the lengthy wait, the accused was brought up on unlawful publication of an intimate image, unlawful disclosure of an intimate image, and harassment.

⬛ QUEENS

▀ Flushing/Forest Hills: Munchies Leads Fuzz To Masked Brazen Bandits’ $160K BMW Score, Thwart Their Canada Escape

TWO GOONS WHO scored a six figure sum were a bit too loose with their bread crumb trail.

The perps, 25 and 28, are believed to have strong-armed a man rolling deep in cash inside a parking garage.

And they took him for everything: $160,000 that was bagged in his beamer.

It was minutes before 1 p.m. on July 30 when a 53-year-old was parking a white BMW X4M in a parking garage on 41st Avenue off College Point Avenue.

The masked masked and donning black attire appeared out of thin air. And they barked orders, demanding the bag stowed in the car.

When the driver hesitated, the duo starting working him over.

They quickly grabbed the bag with the stacks of greenbacks and fled.

Investigators did some looking into the BMW and found that it belonged to a man who denied being involved in the big money heist at the garage.

They traced its GPS to the garage where the shakedown occurred.

Its owner was questioned and offered that he routinely rents it out on the side.

They determined he wasn’t in on the money grab.

Cops tracked the heisters to a Paris Baguette in Forest Hills.

But they did determine that on the same day of the score, the same two grubbers grabbed a quick snack at a Paris Baguette on 71st Avenue and Austin Street in Forest Hills.

Its unclear if the money was recovered (or why he had that much dough on his person).

But it notably, it was Canadian Railway authorities who were the heroes here that snared both men as they were allegedly attempting to skip town and make their out of the country escape.

Each faces grand larceny 2 (more than $50k), and robbery.

▀ East New York: Goon Shares Romp Video With Him And Victim In Group Chat

A SLEAZEBAG THOUGHT it would be fun to share a secret sex video he made with a partner over text messages.

At around 5:40 p.m. on Aug. 17, the demon lover, 23, allegedly sent a text to a group chat showing him and another getting intimate.

Specifically, the victim was party to a group chat where the suspect sent a video that featured oral sez and them having sex.

It’s unclear why the wait to nab him, but the perp was formally hit with with unlawful publication of an intimate image and disorderly behavior charges.

⬛ QUEENS

▀ Flushing: Gal Pickpocket Caught Rummaging Through Straphanger’s Trousers

SHE’S NOT A slick operator.

A cash-strapped woman, 31, was nabbed shortly after trying to rifle through a man’s trousers.

The suspect was traveling on a train late afternoon on Sept. 10.

As they crossed through Kissena Boulevard and Franklin Avenue, the woman went in for the kill.

Or at least put her frisky hand into the man’s pants pockets in hopes of plucking something worth a damn.

However, as the criminal complaint details, the man is the “legal custodian of the above-mentioned pants” and what’s more the woman “did not have permission or authority to take, remove, use, or otherwise exercise control over said pants.”

She was summarily practicing his harmonica skills in the clink and facing a jostling rap.

⬛ STATEN ISLAND

▀ Port Richmond: Road Terrorizer With 30 Suspensions Caught After Sideswiping Cop

HE SHOULDN’T HAVE been driving a big wheel, let alone navigating the road.

The 29-year-old perp had racked up 30 suspensions (Is that even possible?), 24 scoffs, and 11 times he was AWOL when he was mandated to answer said scoffs, according to the criminal complaint.

While driving (very, very illegally) in a black Acura TLX on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway and the Bayonne Bridge in the middle of the night on July 19, he piqued the interest of a squad car that had been parked.

That cop initiated the lights and sirens.

The suspect didn’t stop. He drove his Acura into the oncoming cruiser and grinded against it and took out its rear view mirror.

And after blowing several red lights in an ensuing chase — suspect was soon nailed and hit with a slew of charges including aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, obstruction, assault, and traffic device violation.

▀ New Dorp: Irate Hammer-Swinging Homeowner To Man, ‘Mind Your Business Before I Fucking Kill You!’

HE LOST IT and then took a headshot.

Whoever it was that was standing inside the 32-year-old man’s Colfax Avenue home — they were about to get the business.

Tempers flared sometime around 8 p.m. on July 10.

❝

‘Get the fuck out of my house!’

-Furious hammerman takes swing at man he wants gone

Or at least his did.

The resident who apparently couldn’t keep his cool turned against the other person and belted, “Get the fuck out of my house!”

He added, “Mind your business before I kill you!”

And he was not exaggerating.

For he immediately grabbed a hammer and started going for the man’s dome.

But in his rage, he swung and missed.

He struck a wall instead.

That swing and miss ended with him getting pinched for menacing, weapons possession, attempted assault, menacing, and harassment.
