⬛ MANHATTAN

▀ Canal Street Chaos (New York, NY)

For decades, vendors have long hocked luxury knockoffs to mostly penny-pinching tourist. The stretch of Canal Street served as their home sweet hustle.

But in the recent past, the NYPD has started cracking down harder on the counterfeit bazaar.

Nowadays, the merchants have begun to adopt a kinda grab-and-go mode. They set up their inventory of sorta Prada purses and Fugazi Versace wares and on a bedsheet or tapestry and when the cops roll in — they quickly roll all the items up and dash for cover or stash it in a parked car.

One denizen is particularly miffed yelling at one vendor: “Every fucking day!” before kicking one of his purses.

▀ Midtown: Tesla Driver Deadly Smashup Slays Passenger After Torpedoing Into Times Square Bus And Mailbox

A YOUNG WOMAN died after she crashed in a car driven by a woman who was lost control of her Tesla as it careened into Times Square.

The 27-year-old was riding shotgun when he was sitting in the Model 4 Tesla back at around 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 9.

Authorities say the driver, also 27, was travelling along East 42nd Street when she lost control and as she neared Madison Avenue, she veered off the road and onto the sidewalk smashing a scaffolding, a USPS mailbox, and an MTA bus.

She failed to stop.

But cops pursued the reckless driver and pulled her over as she arrived at Second Avenue.

They determined the driver wasn’t injured. But her passenger, who lived on the Upper West Side was seriously compromised.

She was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver was given a Breathalyzer and found to be under the .08 legal threshold.

Nonetheless, the suspect was hit with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in a fatality and driving with ability impaired.

⬛ THE BRONX

▀ Melrose: Coffee-Tossing Goon Dinged For Setting Several Fires Outside Ex Galpal’s Apartment And Crowing ‘I Like To See Things Burn!’

IT WASN’T ENOUGH that the lunatic who beamed her ex with a hot cup of joe. The same broken heart exacted scorched earth revenge by setting three fires on the same day.

The 67-year-old scoundrel first went after his ex lover on the morning of March 24, the criminal complaint states.

He found her inside a community center inside the Cortland Houses.

It was there that he armed himself with a scolding cup of coffee that he chucked at her and it struck her face and caused her to suffer burns.

Months past by and then the same psycho reared his head again. This time it was around 6:30 a.m. on July 19.

The perp was bright eyed and bushy tailed to gift his ex with a wakeup call.

There he was hammering her front door.

He then belted her first name. (The Blotter is not revealing the woman’s name.)

When the woman refused to open her door to let the despot into her home — she was nearly smoked out when the kook kindled a backpack and random refuse to create the blaze.

The fire department was called and the Bravest extinguished the blaze.

At around 1:30 p.m. (and even as the smoke was still billowing) outside her front door — the same looney tune came back steaming for another round.

He stood outside the woman’s home and howled, “I like to see things burn!”

And again, the perp lit another blaze. This one was fueled by a coat and more trash.

Firefighters had to be summoned to knock down the flames.

At around 5 p.m. the same suspect wasn’t done.

He returned and showerd the woman’s name again. And with some more trash managed to cause another fire.

Before it got too out of control, a neighbor jumped into action and snuff the fire.

▀ Mott Haven: Convicted Perv Dropped Trou To Distract Parallel Parking Woman

SHE WAS PARKING her car and forced to witness a man’s wang in her window.

A 32-year-old sicko couldn’t keep his pants on when he allegedly charged toward a woman to show off his manhood.

It was around 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 21, when the suspect started walking toward the woman, 53,  as she was parking her car on Brook Avenue off East 142nd Street.

Cops came and took the debauchee into custody.

They learned that the perp had earned a most unsavory history.

In 2022, the same unsavory was arrested for sex abuse and possession of child pornography for possessing 100 photos of under age children in a sexual performance, including lewd photos of a 13 year old female neighbor.

He pleaded guilty in 2024 to the child porn case.

That same year he was sentenced in the Bronx to 10 years probation as part of the plea deal.

Moreover, he racked up busts in 2019 for endangering the welfare of a child and a grand larceny arrest.

At his arraignment, the man’s public defender argued that the perp may have a history of unspeakables, but he has no history of failure to appear and thus isn’t a flight risk.

The judge was swayed enough to grant an order of protection prohibiting him from contacting the victim and he was released.

Claremont: Knife-Swinging Brute Netted 3 Years After Snatching Woman’s Lighter, Pounding Her Face And Lifting Wallet

A SCUMBAG DECIDED a woman’s lighter should become his property.

So he took it.

And when the woman fought back, he set her straight with a combination of devastating punches before ripping her off.

The wretch, 40, charged at a woman while in the vicinity of Gouverneur Playground back at around 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 11.

The 37-year-old lunged at the woman’s lighter.

When he ripped it from her grasp — she tried to grab it back.

They then started verbally sparring and that prompted the deviant to unleash a flurry of punches to her face.

That brought the woman to crumble to her knees.

As she was suffering and in a dazed state — the perp pilfered her wallet.

In it, there were two sets of car keys, various credit and debit cards, and $1,245 cash.

The woman was rushed to a hospital to tend to her shiner and other wounds.

Tireless cops tracked down the perp after three years.

On July 22, the suspect was formally arraigned on robbery (with a dangerous instrument), assault with a weapon, and grand larceny from a person.

▀ Bedford-Stuyvesant: Pair Dinged Taking Late Night Dip

IF THE AIM was a wet’n wild night for two lovers — she drew the short stick.

A 46-year-old marauder and her swimming partner were nailed for swimming in a community pool.

A security guard spotted the pair while doing his rounds at the Bedford-Stuyvesant Community Pool located on Marcy Avenue at around 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 25.

When he pursued the wet trespassers, the guard was only able to detain the woman before cops arrived.

Her Romeo wasn’t ready to catch a case for a couple minutes of bliss.

The woman has since been brought up on both trespass and criminal trespass charges.

▀ Bedford-Stuyvesant: Woman Tagging ‘Crack Bitch’ On Home Nabbed Knifing Front Door

THE SPRAY PAINT hadn’t dried before the irate woman decided to take her knife and repeatedly jab her rival’s front door.

The 46-year-old unhinged was on a revenge tour — boondoggling a woman at least three times in one week.

She first struck the victim’s Myrtle Avenue apartment on the morning of July 29.

"You better back up,” she snapped at the tenant, a woman, while brandishing a black kitchen knife she pulled from a black box, the criminal complaint states.

At around midnight on Aug. 2, the same suspect returned.

She was being recorded on a RING camera spraypainting the woman’s door with brown and black spray paint.

The missive read: “Crack Bitch”.

Late afternoon that same day, the same woman returned.

When the victim encountered her, she recalled being verbally accosted.

The suspect spit, “I got you bitch,” and added, “You crack bitch!”

She then prevented the tenant from closing her door by “forcibly” pushing it ajar.

She then shoved her way into the woman’s home and with the kitchen knife stabbed the front door “several times”, according to the complaint.

The police engaged and lassoed the stabbing freak.

She was pinched for possession of a graffiti instrument, making graffiti, burglary (with a weapon) menacing, harassment, and criminal mischief (damage property).

▀ Fresh Meadows: ‘You Want This To Be Easy Or Hard?’: Man Kidnapped, Robbed, Stripped, Extorted, And Tossed On Grand Central Parkway By 5 Goons

A BAND OF thieves yanked a man sitting behind the wheel of his car and took him for everything he had before dumping him on a highway with a dire threat.

The man was bushwhacked by the handful of hoodlums as he had stopped in his car on the morning of Aug. 17 in front of a home on 175th Street.

They sided up to him in another car — popped out and one of them (later determined to be a 20-year-old suspect) was pointing a gun.

❝

‘You want this to be easy or hard?’

-Armed kidnappers barked before snatching man out of his car.

Together they surrounded the victim’s car.

They opened the door and the gunslinger pistol whipped the target. Another grabbed hold of the victim  and placed a bag over his head and yet another zip-tied his hands and landed multiple punches to the outnumbered man’s body and face.

He was then taken to the assailants’ car and almost glibly asked, “You want this to be easy or hard?”

As he was being taken away one of the punks slashed the man about his hands and mug.

❝

‘If you go to the police, we will release these pictures of you on social media and embarrass you.’

-One of five perps who kidnapped man and robbed him nakedof five perps who kidnapped man and robbed him naked

They then took his ring, watch, chain, bag and forced him to undress.

What’s more, the perps snapped photos of the naked innocent and then let him know that any inquiries or tattling to the cops would be met with embarrassing repercussions.

One seethed: “If you go to the police, we will release these pictures of you on social media and embarrass you.”

The bleeding, bludgeoned and naked kidnapped victim was then tossed onto the the Grand Central Parkway near Aberdeen Road like diseased roadkill as the crooks road off.

Two days later, the pistol whipper was picked up.

Prosecutors booked him on kidnap, robbery, assault, and gang assault raps.

His kidnapping cohorts were still being pursued.

▀ Bayside / Flushing: Federal Pretender Shakes Down Marks For Thousands Threatening To Expose Bogus Afghanistan Terrorism Funding And Child Porn Nexus

A CUNNING CON was caught blackmailing multiple men by feigning he was a federal agent and demanded to be paid bundles of cash to prevent his targets’ purported ties to child porn and bankrolling jihadism.

The 61-year-old hustler first put his hooks on a man back on May 4.

It was then that he rang the oblivious victim on the phone and feigned he was a G-Man.

❝

‘We can get you a new social security number and card… if you withdraw $16,000.’

-Suspect pretending to be a G-Man duping man out of cash

He blabbed, “Your social security number is compromised and is currently being used to buy cars and houses in Afghanistan and used to fund terrorism,” the criminal complaint reads.

Thoroughly rattled, the man asked what he could do to fix the situation.

“We can get you a new social security number and card,” the perp told him.

But it was gonna cost.

In fact, he claimed the new social security card could only be procured if “you withdraw $16,000.”

The suspect didn’t take COD, either.

He told the worrywart that he had to put the cash in a plastic bag, tape it up and “someone will pick up the money.”

When the clock turned 3 p.m. the next day, the man did as he was told.

He came with the cash wrapped up and taped in the bag.

He dropped it off in front of a residential building located on 141st Street.

Shortly the dead drop, the 61-year-old grey-haired suspect appeared wearing a tan coat, white shirt and black trousers.

CCTV captured the crook take the dough and take off.

Days later he did it again.

❝

‘Someone will pick up the money.’

-Perp hustler to mark

On May 12, the same money grubber beamed a missive urging the man to call a phone number because his account had been “linked to child pornography”, according to the criminal complaint.

When the man made the call, he spoke to the suspect who allegedly claimed to be from the FTC [Federal Trade Commission] and then explained how the man’s cell phone had been linked to a child pornography sites and that he would have to pay up to “remove the link,” the papers say.

Specifically, the man was told to wire $37,000 to a Well Fargo Bank account under a specific name and then withdraw $41,000 and place it in an “unmarked envelope” so that someone would meet to pick it up.

The next day, the white-haired Asian suspect, arrived at an agreed upon dead drop spot on a residential stretch along 46th Avenue and took hold of the enveloped cash.

On May 14, the same suspect allegedly went for a third round to rook this guy.

Again, he played the FTC suit and explained how if the man was hoping to get his cash back that he would have to withdraw $40,000 and place it in another unmarked envelope for pickup by another bagman.

Like clockwork, the money man appeared. However, it wasn’t the suspect but a Hispanic man who grabbed the cash.

The cops were informed of the money grabs and after poring over surveillance footage from the various cash drops and pickups — they were able to peg the elder suspect with his signature white hair.

He was brought under arrest for the chicanery on Aug. 4 and dinged for grand larceny (more than $50,000) and grand larceny (get property through extortion).

▀ East Flushing: Woman Caught Blackmailing Sex Partner With Rape Ruse

THEY FORGED A kinky accord.

He would swing by the 20-year-old woman’s sublet located on Union Street to engage in sexual favors; specifically to “manually stimulate [her] genitals.”

They had their fun in the small hours around 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 23.

And her plaything left.

But the lusting woman wanted more than simply sating her libido.

She allegedly contacted her lover boy and compel him to return.

Not for more frisky business.

No.

It was to pay her a cash ransom.

And if he tried stiffing her, the suspect informed him that she march to the police and “make a false report or rape,” the papers detail.

Investigators learned of the sex shakedown and quickly slapped cuffs on the extortionist and she now faces grand larceny (extort to get property).

▀ Richmond Hill: ‘Give Me A Break, Boss!’: Driver Caught Greasing Cop With Supper And A C-Note

AN ELDER RIDER was hauled away after trying to bribe a cop to weasel out of a speeding ticket.

The 63-year-old man was tooling around in a blue 2015 Toyota 4runner at around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 30.

❝

‘I was going that fast?’

-63-year-old 4Runner sardonically asked arresting cop

The cop clocked the driver going 35 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.

A traffic stop was enforced around I678 and Liberty Avenue.

As the officer struck up chatter with the driver and informed him, “You were driving over the speed limit,” the criminal complaint reads.

The driver allegedly appeared flummoxed and almost appeared to be mocking the matter with his comeback.

“I was going that fast,” he asked, before continuing, “Oh, man.

“Give me a break, boss. I’ll buy you dinner, man.”

All the blarney didn’t seem to move the cop, who requested the driver produce his driver’s license and registration.

While the driver complied, it was noted in the papers that he handed over his license with a “large grin”.

❝

‘Give me a break, boss. I’ll buy you dinner, man.’

-Speedster busted for bribing cop

He not only supplied the driver’s license but cherry-topped it with a $100 note.

The move compelled the officer to ask the driver “if he handed Him money to get out of a speeding ticket,” the complaint states.

❝

‘No, I knew that I would get a ticket. I know you guys just work hard.’

-Bribing driver suspect claimed the $100 was innocent.

But the driver declared it was a honest good tip for doing his job.

“No, I knew that I would get a ticket,” he explained. “I know you guys just work hard.”

Reached by The Blotter, the driver remained cagey.

“No, that’s okay,” he said. “I don’t want to get involved with that right now.”

When informed of the bribery rap he faces for last month’s infraction — he remained mum.

“You, you’re the writer right,” he asked. “Nah, right now I’m not interested in that right now.”

And authorities say the driver instead kept hitting the gas. Only he didn’t travel far.

The neighborhood watch member caught up to the driver and asked him if he was going to return to reach the owner of the car he damaged.

“What car,” he allegedly responded.
